Front path

Postby salcm » Mon Sep 10, 2007 6:59 pm

I would like to repave my short front garden path to my ground floor flat, (Edwardian building) with black and terracotta tiles - similar to some original paths in the same road. Where can I buy these type of tiles? The current path is a rough concrete at the moment. How easy is it to do this job? Any advice gratefully received!

Tiles

Postby Simon TL » Mon Sep 10, 2007 8:36 pm

Hi

These tiles are quite easy to get from a proper tile shop. One range is by Original Style - part of the Stovax group.

I guess if you are good at DIY - not a botcher like many of us and for whom *everything* goes wrong - you will be able to do it. However, it may be better to ask the tile shop from local person to do it. It may be worth you doing the design on a computer - it will help to work out how many you need.

Good luck!
